Little Steps stiched by Melissa Shirley painted by Linda Carter Holman

Melissa Shirley Has been translating my work
into needle point for several years.
I always enjoy seeing the hand painted needle point canvases
she makes. I like working with her because see is always
trying something new. Experimenting-I imagine because
it's fun. I'm like that too.
She just sent me this "Little Steps" completed.
I enjoy seeing the process.
Wish I had a picture of the painted canvas to show,
but you can imagine.
Or if you are really interested you can go look on line.

Melissa, I think you really caught the essence
of the painting, and the way you bound the edges is perfect.
Thanks for letting me play with you.
